19 internal plants have demand plans but no routed work centers — their shop-floor schedules light up when their routings land (the same one-page workbook Huntsville filled in):
Grand Rapids, MI HCY (101)Englewood, OH HCY (103)Mexicali, MX HCY (107)Huntsville, AL DC HCY (110)Nampa, ID HCY (111)Turners Falls, MA HCY (114)Nobel, ON SLK (119)Prescott, ON SLK (120)Ojinaga, US SLK (122)Geneva, AL HCY (125)Dallas, TX HCY (127)North Las Vegas, NV HCY (136)Rutland, IL (HCY (137)Vacaville - Duravent IncDallas - DuraVent IncHuntsville - Duravent IncAlbany - Duravent IncLas Vegas - DuraVent IncLaval - Security Chimneys Intl

How this schedule is built: each routed item starts from a modeled position (safety floor + a phase of one batch — no on-hand feed exists), consumes the engine's seasonal weekly demand, and fires a planned order of its batch size whenever the position would breach the safety floor. Hours = cycle time × pieces + setups. Connecting the ERP work-order extract (Oracle EBS / SAP) replaces these with actual MOs — real statuses (released / started / complete) would then drive the kanban lanes.
